Manuscript submission procedures and publishing fees

Paper submissions must be submitted online through the conference website of the Journal of the Korean Society of Manufacturing Process Engineers (J. KSMPE).
For online submissions, each individual must first register as a member through the J. KSMPE website and remit the review fee when submitting a manuscript. Once the fee and paper have been submitted, the review process will be begin.

Paper acceptance procedure

1. (Member) Register as a member through the J. KSMPE website
2. (Member) Full membership in the KSMPE (Registration Fee: KRW 10,000; Annual Fee: KRW 40,000)
3. (Member) To download J. KSMPE templates in Korean or English (including paper cover page) from the website, select sub-header “Templates”
4. (Member) Fill in manuscript contents in the downloadable template
5. (Member) Submit the paper through the website sub-header menu “Submission”
6. (Member) Check if the paper submission fee has been paid to the KSMPE
7. (KSMPE) Confirm authors submitting paper are registered as full members/students at the conference
8. (KSMPE) Confirm that the paper submission fee has been paid
9. (KSMPE) Select at least two reviewers from the relevant field
10. (KSMPE) Once the paper is submitted, the paper reviewers’ progress will be outlined in the sub-header menu “Submission”
11. (KSMPE) Reviewers’ decision will be sent to the authors Published: Email sent to authors
Accepted after Revisions: Comments with guidance sent to authors
Needs Re-evaluation after Revisions: Comments with guidance sent to authors
Rejected: Email sent to authors

After paper is accepted (Member)

1. Submission of final paper revisions (only minor edits allowed)
2. Payment of Publication Fee Standard fee (up to 6 pages) KRW 200,000; additional KRW 50,000 per page
50% of the standard publication fee will be added onto papers prepared with services or subsidies
Payment Method: Online direct deposit (Post office account: 611376-02-155489, KSMPE)
Or use the online payment service at the top of the website
3. Confirm that paper fee has been deposited to the KSMPE

Accepted after Revisions (Member)

1. Submission of compressed file including manuscripts and responses modified after the review has been completed
2. Payment of Publication Fee Standard fee (up to 6 pages) KRW 200,000; additional KRW 50,000 per page
50% of the standard publication fee will be added onto papers prepared with services or subsidies
Payment Method: Online direct deposit (Post office account: 611376-02-155489, KSMPE)
Alternatively, use the online payment service at the top of the website
3. Confirm that paper fee has been deposited to the KSMPE

Needs Re-evaluation after Revisions

1. Revise paper according to reviewers’ comments
2. Resume “Paper acceptance procedure” starting from step number 5

1. Receipts issued as requested

논문 접수 절차 및 게재료

논문투고는 한국기계가공학회 홈페이지를 통하여 온라인접수만 가능하다.
< 온라인 접수 >는 홈페이지에서 회원가입을 하고 연회비를 납부해야 한다. 온라인 투고 관련서류 및 관련 심사료가 접수가 되면 심사업무가 진행되게 된다.

논문 접수 절차

1. (회원) 학회 홈페이지 회원가입
2. (회원) 학회 정회원 가입 (입회금: 10,000원, 연회비 40,000원)
3. (회원) 학회 홈페이지 자료실 > 서식자료 > 한글 또는 영문 템플릿 다운로드
4. (회원) 다운로드 받은 템플릿에 맞추어 논문 작성
5. (회원) 학회 홈페이지 학술지/투고 > on-line 투고 메뉴를 통해 논문 접수
6. (학회) 저자들의 학회 정회원/학생회원 여부 확인
7. (학회) 해당분야 전문가 2인에게 심사위원 위촉
8. (학회) 심사위원들에게 논문 송부 후 학술지/투고 &gt ;on-line 심사 메뉴에 심사진행
9. (학회) 심사위원 전원의 심사결과를 수납 후 저자에게 결과 통보
게재가: 안내 이메일 발송
수정후 채택: 안내 및 심사평 이메일 발송
수정후 재심: 안내 및 심사평 이메일 발송
게 재불가: 안내 이메일 발송

게재가 판정 후 (회원)

1. 수정된 원고 제출 (간단한 오타자 정도의 교정만 허용)
2. 논문 게재료 납부 게재료: 편당 250,000원/(기본8면) 추가 1면당 50,000원/면
용역 또는 지원금으로 작성된 논문은 정상 게재료의 50% 가산
결제방법 : 온라인입금 (우체국 : 611376 - 02 - 155489, 한국기계가공학회)
3. 학회에 논문 게재료 입금 여부 확인

수정후 채택 판정 후 (회원)

1. 심사평에 따라 수정된 원고 및 답변서 압축파일 형태로 제출
2. 논문 게재료 납부 게재료: 편당 250,000원/(기본8면) 추가 1면당 50,000원/면 용역 또는 지원금으로 작성된 논문은 정상 게재료의 50% 가산
결제방법 : 온라인입금 (우체국 : 611376-02-155489, 한국기계가공학회) 및 홈페이지 상단 온라인결제서비스 이용

*영문 논문 게재 시 혜택 안내
1. 게재료 전액 면제(심사료만 청구)
2. 영어 논문 전체에 대한 교정서비스 무상제공
3. 외국인 학생이 논문을 제출할 경우 입회비 및 연회비 면제

수정후 재심 판정 후 (회원)

1. 심사평에 따라 원고 수정
2. 이후는 논문접수절차 5번부터 다시 시작
